Vessels
Choose by room size and burn time. Product pages list vessel dimensions and wax weight.
Check the product and size selected on its page. If a measurement you need is not listed, contact us before ordering.
Natural stone has individual pores, veins, and mineral markings. The photograph shows the vessel style; the pattern of each piece can vary.
Use a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and anything flammable. Keep a burning candle away from children and pets, and never leave it unattended.
Let the vessel cool completely before handling it. Contact us about care or refill suitability for your particular vessel before adding new wax.
Orders
If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the order before fulfillment begins.
Sign in and open Account → Orders to review your order number, items, total, and current status. Keep the order number when contacting support.
Shipping
Enter your delivery address and country at checkout to review the available shipping information and charges. Contact us before ordering if you need help with a destination.
Preparation and transit are separate stages. Review our Shipping Policy for preparation information, then check your order's tracking details when they become available.
Returns
Unused candles may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging. Burned candles are not eligible unless faulty.
Our return information covers unused candles in their original condition. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so it can be reviewed.
Care
Trim the wick before each burn. Let the wax reach the edges, and wipe stone with a soft damp cloth.
Let the candle cool completely before cleaning. Avoid sharp tools that could damage the stone, and ask us for care instructions for your vessel before attempting to remove remaining wax.
